We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of use at any time, and these changes will be reflected on the website. All Bookings

IMPORTANT ALLERGEN INFORMATION UPDATE

We source various ingredients from different suppliers or locally sourced products due to current nationwide food supply and distribution challenges across the hospitality industry. As some of these ingredients may contain allergens, we are updating our allergen menu to reflect any ongoing ingredient changes. We prioritise allergy safety with our practices regarding cross-contamination. However, due to daily use of fresh ingredients, we can’t ensure an allergen-free kitchen. However, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from allergens until we are confident that all allergens are listed correctly. We kindly request that guests inform the Manager of any allergies and ingredient queries, and consider carefully before ordering. We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment, as handling allergens is a top priority for us and ensuring the safety of all our guests.

To confirm your booking, you must agree to our Terms and Conditions, which include the fact that our offers, menus, and pricing are subject to change, even for bookings made in advance. We require credit card details to secure your booking, but we won’t charge it in advance. However, a charge of £5 per person will apply if you fail to honour or cancel the booking. Please inform us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible, at least 12 hours before the reservation, either through the confirmation link or by contacting the restaurant directly.

For some bookings, a deposit may be necessary, and a full refund will be given for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the reservation. However, we cannot refund Christmas bookings cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice, and no refund will be given for no-show diners. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if the full deposit has not been paid 24 hours before the reservation, and different deposit arrangements may apply for group bookings or those made via third parties.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time, and all items will be on a single bill. All our prices include VAT, but we may adjust our pricing according to changes in the VAT rate or menu pricing. We may modify or withdraw our menu depending on local events. We require your table back two hours after your booking time, and an optional service charge may be added to your bill.

Group & Christmas Bookings

To finalise your booking, Gallio requires full payment of the £10 deposit per person for all parties booked on the Christmas menus. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Please note that all bookings will be considered provisional until we’ve received the full deposit payment. The deposit must be paid within 14 days of booking to secure your reservation. Failure to do so will result in the booking being released.

The deposit is refundable however if more than 15% of your booking drops out or is a no show, we reserve the right to keep their deposit at £5 per person (£10 per person at Christmas).

Kindly note that once you’ve paid the full deposit, you accept our full terms and conditions. Also, please ensure that all guests on the same booking order from the same menu type.

We want to guarantee the perfect dining experience during this festive season, and we thank you for your cooperation in helping us achieve that. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify Gallio immediately. If you cancel your booking with more than 14 days’ notice, we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel your booking with less than 14 days’ notice, we will retain your deposit in full.

We require the full deposit payment to secure your booking, and failure to make payment within 14 days of booking will result in the release of your booking. However, in cases of government restrictions leading to the cancellation of your booking, we can reallocate the deposit to a new date or refund it in full.

Please note that any reduction in party size within 14 days of the reservation or no-show diners will result in the deposit being kept in full and not applied to the final bill. We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your cooperation in notifying us of any cancellations or changes as soon as possible.

Pre-orders

To ensure a seamless Christmas dining experience, we request pre-orders for all food and drinks at least 7 working days before your booking date. Drinks package prices are available through pre-order only and not on the day of the booking. Pre-ordering allows us to guarantee your menu choices for both food and drinks, so please select and pre-order your choices as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation in making pre-orders to help us deliver the best possible dining experience for you and your party.

All pre-orders must be submitted a least 72 hours from the date of your booking.

Other Information

We will hold your reserved table for ten minutes after the booking time, and if you haven’t arrived or informed us of your late arrival, we reserve the right to release the table. Table bookings have a maximum time limit of 1.5 hours for 1-3 guests and two hours for 4+ guests from the original booking time. Please note that Gallio is not responsible for any loss or damages to items left in our care as they are left at the owner’s risk.

Please note that a discretionary service charge will be added to your final bill. Also, please be aware that all menus are subject to seasonal change based on availability of ingredients. We strive to make your dining experience exceptional and appreciate your understanding on these policies.

To ensure a timely service, we request that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your booking time. We will only hold your table for ten minutes after your booking time, and failure to inform us of your late arrival may result in the release of your table.

To finalize your booking, we require full payment of the deposit, and your full payment is considered acceptance of our terms and conditions. Also, please be aware that deposits are non-refundable for no-show guests, and their deposit payments will be kept in full and not applied to the final bill.

Pizza Making Classes

All ingredients, utensils, aprons and a pizza chef hat will be provided.

Welcome nibbles are provided at the venue’s discretion, do let a member of the team know of any dietary requirements.

We reserve the right to make amendments to course content and recipes without notice.

All tickets must be purchased in advance of the experience via Opentable with a timeslot booked. We don’t allow walk-ins for this experience.

Any drinks are purchased on top of the experience and paid for on the booking date.

All tickets and gift vouchers are non-refundable. Please check your booking information carefully, including the date, to ensure you have booked for the correct date. We do offer an exchange of date but we need 48 hours notice to be able to change the date of your pizza making class and there is a £5 per ticket admin fee for changing the date. 

You must arrive promptly for your class. We recommend aiming to arrive up to 15 minutes before your class time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, you’ll be counted as a no show, and we don’t offer any refunds for unattended classes.

All participants should wear shoes with flat, non-slip soles and covered toes. Gallio cannot admit you to go behind the counter without proper footwear.

We recommend sensible clothing and we are not liable for any damage that occurs to clothing.
If you are suffering from food poisoning or an upset stomach (or have come into contact with something exhibiting these symptoms) within 48 hours of the course, please do not attend the class and contact us via hello@gallio.uk to rearrange.

All open wounds must be covered ideally with a blue plaster. If you don’t have one, we’ll happily provide one.

We cannot tailor our course to special dietary requirements; there are vegetarian, vegan and halal options, but we don’t offer gluten-free options and cannot prevent cross-contamination.

All payments must be made in full before the booking time. We do not accept any provisional bookings and cannot confirm a space without a prepaid ticket.

We will not accept responsibility for any loss of personal possessions.

Course cards are provided, and we encourage attendees to share their experience on social media—the sharing of course material or the use of the course material in a commercial manner is strictly prohibited without the written permission of Gallio. If in doubt, please ask about what is and isn’t acceptable usage.

Ticket resales are strictly prohibited without prior written permission of Gallio.

Cancellations must be provided with a written notice via email to hello@gallio.uk. We don’t offer refunds but can reschedule your class if we receive notice of up to 48 hours. Please note, there is a £5 per ticket admin fee for changing the date of your class. 

A children’s ticket is for children aged 12 years and under. A child must be accompanied by an adult with a full adult ticket. One adult can accompany up to two children.

Lost Property

Please note that Gallio cannot be held responsible for any private property brought onto the premises. We do not assume any liability if lost property is returned to someone who falsely represents property ownership. To reclaim lost property, we require a detailed description of the item(s), as well as proof of identification and the date it was left. We will make every effort to identify and contact the possible owner of lost property, but we won’t return the property without their provision of these details.

Kindly note that Gallio will not mail or courier the reclaimed found property back to the presumed owner unless they cover the appropriate fees to cover packing and postage. Please also be aware that all items are sent at the owners’ risk. We appreciate your understanding on our policies regarding lost property.

This website and its contents are protected by copyright laws, but you can print off, link to or quote content from the site for non-commercial purposes as long as all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact. Mailing List

By joining our mailing list via the website, you agree to receive periodic emails from Gallio until you choose to unsubscribe or your email address becomes inactive. Rest assured that all your data is kept safe and secure according to Gallio’s privacy policy, as well as registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Various offers and vouchers may be sent out by Gallio at their discretion to mailing list members. Abusing an account, creating multiple accounts or any other methods in order to acquire multiple discounts or vouchers may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

Vouchers and offers received must be presented to a staff member before ordering unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions accompanying it. Moreover, a birthday treat voucher will be sent 7 days in advance which can only be used once within 14 days for one free meal only; you will only get one such voucher every twelve months.

Online Bookings

When making an online booking with OpenTable.com, an email confirmation will be sent containing the time, date and location of your reservation. It is essential to check these details carefully and cancel your booking as per instructions in case you cannot make it. Unless already agreed on another time frame, tables will be held for only 15 minutes from the reservation time. Additionally, if more people are added than what was initially booked, we may not be able to accommodate them. All information related to bookings is kept confidential in accordance with our privacy policy.

Sale & Purchase

When you place an order with us, it is subject to our terms and conditions of business. We will only accept an order if we have agreed to its terms and if any products with age restrictions are included, you must be 18 or over to buy them. We strive to ensure all items shown on our website are presented as accurately as possible; however, there may be slight variations without affecting their substantial nature. The goods (excluding food items) are ensured for 3 months from delivery date against defects due to material or workmanship. This warranty does not include damages caused by improper use, fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence from your part or third party, repairs made without approval nor your rights as a consumer. If you experience any faults while the product is under warranty please contact us at the address provided.

 
Price

All prices are quoted in British pounds and include VAT (when applicable). Delivery and packaging fees will be calculated at checkout. Prices listed on the website are current but subject to change without notice, and all orders are subject to product availability. If an error is found in the price of your order, we will notify you right away. If this happens, we’ll contact you with the correct cost and ask if you wish to proceed with your order. We won’t be obligated to complete any transaction which was listed at an incorrect price; if you decide not to purchase at the new cost, we will refund your payment as specified in our terms and conditions.

Payments

Payment must be made in pounds Sterling only by any method specified on the website.

Passing of Property

The title of the goods does not pass to the customer until the customer, received by us, has made the full payment and the goods delivered.

Passing of Risk

The risk in the products transfers over to you, the customer upon delivery as stipulated in our terms and conditions. This means that any damage or expenses resulting from these products are your responsibility, including those affecting you, your property or a third-party’s property.

Delivery

Delivery times and periods are only indicative and not legally binding. If any products are unavailable at the time of your order, we will inform you right away and get them to you as soon as they arrive from our suppliers. We do not take responsibility for losses or disturbances caused by delays in shipping, but your order should be delivered within 30 days after it is placed. All products are shipped via postal service or courier of our choice, and a signature may be requested upon arrival. For security purposes, deliveries will only be made to the address of the person who applied for the payment card used to purchase the goods. Upon receipt of them, you become liable for any damages that may arise from their use, no matter how it occurs.

Acceptance

Within 24 hours of receiving the products, you must check them and accept them unless you notify us of a cancellation or rejection within 7 working days starting from the day after delivery. If no action is taken, we will consider that the products are as described, of satisfactory quality and suitable for their intended purpose. We may not accept any cancellations or rejections at a later stage. Your legal rights as a customer remain unaffected.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time during the period which commences on the day the contract comes into existence and ends on the expiry of seven working days beginning on the day after the date of delivery of the products.

Returns Procedure

If you need to reject or cancel your order according to the acceptance and right to cancel sections, you must follow the returns procedure described in this section. The products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in a re-saleable condition with valid proof of purchase for us to accept them. If not due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you will be responsible for return postage which will not be refunded. You will get a full refund of the purchase price if applicable along with the delivery charge credited to your original payment method. In cases where rejection/ cancellation is due to defect/ discrepancies, we shall assess the return delivery charges upon arrival at our office and these will be credited back to you along with purchase price and delivery charge if applicable.

General

Our products are only available in the UK, so it may not be accessible from the region or country you are accessing this website from. If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, then that specific part will be considered separate from the remaining terms and conditions. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time, so please keep up to date as revisions are binding upon you. Your statutory rights relating to misdescribed or faulty goods remain unaffected by these terms and conditions. Governing Law

Your use of this website and any purchases made on it will be subject to English Law, which will consider them as having happened in mainland UK.

Vouchers

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable: Clarify that the voucher holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Expiration and Extensions: Specify that once expired, vouchers cannot be extended or reissued.

Non-Transferable: State that vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom they were issued.

Availability and Offer Limitations: All vouchers are contingent upon availability and may not be utilised concurrently with any other offers.

Management Discretion: The issuance and utilisation of vouchers are at the sole discretion of management and are susceptible to termination or expiration at any juncture.

Exclusion Dates: Vouchers shall not be deemed valid for redemption during the period spanning from the 1st to the 24th of December.

Gift Vouchers

These terms and conditions apply: vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of issue or as per voucher expiry date. Please note that these vouchers can only be redeemed in our restaurants, and no change is given on unused funds.

Our gift vouchers are available to purchase through https://gifts.gallio.uk/. All our gift vouchers are available to spend on menu items or in-venue experiences. The gift vouchers are non-refundable after 14 days of purchase. The gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.   2. Entry Details

    2.2. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.

  3. Prize Details
