1. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If payment after the event is agreed upon:

Payment must be made within 14 days of the event date.

A late fee of 10% of the total outstanding amount will be applied for each 14-day period the payment remains overdue.

2. Quotes and Validity

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Pricing and availability may be subject to change after this period.

3. Allergen and Dietary Information

Detailed allergen information is available upon request.

We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination or traces of allergens.

Clients must notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergen concerns at least 7 days before the event.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Refunds for cancellations are as follows:

More than 3 days before the event: Full refund minus an administrative fee.

Less than 3 days before the event: No refund.

No refunds are provided for reductions in guest numbers within 7 days of the event.

5. Event Changes

Changes to event details (e.g., guest count, menu, or timing) must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior.

Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes or increases in guest count.

6. Delivery and Set-Up

Delivery and set-up fees may apply, depending on the location and event requirements.

The client is responsible for: Ensuring proper access to the venue & compliance with venue rules and regulations.

7. Food Handling and Liability

Food is prepared and transported under strict safety guidelines.

Once delivered or served, the client is responsible for safe storage and consumption.

We are not liable for food quality or safety issues arising after delivery.

8. Damage or Loss

The client is liable for loss or damage to catering equipment (e.g., serving platters, utensils) during the event.

Costs for replacement or repair will be billed after the event.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events.

10. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., loss of business or profit).

11. Agreement to Terms

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Variations to these terms must be agreed upon in writing.
